A Certification Mark is a symbol or logo that indicates that we have verified the quality, safety, or compliance of your company’s system with specific standards.
Your certification demonstrates the conformity of your management systems to relevant standards; it does not certify attributes of a specific product or service. For this reason, you must take care in your use of certification marks, never use a mark, or reference to your certification in a misleading way that suggests product or service certification or would imply that the certification applies to activities and sites that are outside the scope of certification.
How to Use the Certification Mark:
The certification mark can be used on the company’s website, business cards, brochures, and advertisements to show their certified status, provided the use is aligned with the certified management system and does not suggest product or service certification.
The certification mark can be included in official documents like letterheads, provided it’s used to indicate the certified status of the company’s management system, not the individual products or services.
Monitoring and Compliance:
Use of the certification mark is a right conferred by the certification body. If your certification is withdrawn or terminated, you must discontinue use of all advertising material that includes a reference to Perfect Cert. Certification. Correct use of the certification mark is a contractual obligation and may be monitored during audits.
Restricted Use:
- The Certification Mark is not to be used on products or their primary packaging.
- The mark is a representation of certification status, not product endorsement.
Misuses & Consequences:
- Critical Notice : Any misuse or inappropriate representation of the Certification Mark will result in the suspension of the certificate granted.
- The certificate will remain suspended until a thorough investigation has been completed. Clients must strictly adhere to the guidelines set out by Perfect Cert.
Perfect Cert has the right to claim compensation from the Client in case of claims arising from improper use of the certification mark.
